React Developer

We're looking for a React Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the front-end architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional user experiences while following best practices in performance, accessibility, security, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Translate business requirements and UX/UI designs into reusable, scalable React components.
• Build and maintain complex, data-intensive user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance.
• Develop scalable state management solutions for complex application workflows.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, including data fetching, validation, caching, and error handling.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement robust, testable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code supported by unit and integration tests.
• Ensure applications meet accessibility (WCAG), security, and performance standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards and reusable component libraries (Storybook/Design Language System).
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and follow best practices for version control, automated testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing applications with React.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, semantic HTML, and responsive web design.
• Experience building reusable, accessible UI components and maintaining component libraries using Storybook.
• Strong knowledge of React architecture, component design, and state management.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Git, branching strategies, and code review processes.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Azure DevOps.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing enterprise or transactional web applications with complex workflows.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Cloud certifications are a plus.
