Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Partnerships Coordinator at FutureBens in Berlin, Germany. The HR Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for approaching, onboarding and managing large employers in Germany. Their contact persons will be people from HR and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in Human resources or benefits
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
• Experience in the tech or startup industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
