We're seeking an experienced Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join a growing international team responsible for expanding and enhancing cloud-based data platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing scalable AWS infrastructure, driving automation, and helping shape cloud best practices across a modern Data Warehouse environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure supporting enterprise Data Warehouse solutions.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Build secure, scalable, and highly available AWS environments.
• Support and optimise Amazon Redshift infrastructure, focusing on security, performance, and scalability.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation processes.
• Drive cloud best practices around architecture, observability, monitoring, security, and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Support the onboarding of new teams and workloads onto the AWS platform.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps Engineering

✅ Strong hands-on experience with AWS

✅ Advanced experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

✅ Experience working with AWS Organizations and multi-account environments

✅ Proven experience designing and implementing AWS infrastructure for data platforms

✅ Strong CI/CD experience

✅ Knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, observability, and cost optimisation

✅ Ability to communicate technical concepts and mentor engineering teams

✅ Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

✅ Fluent English
