Senior Agile Leaders & Project Managers - Automotive

WeQuel is looking for Senior Agile Leaders & Project Managers

We are currently seeking highly experienced consultants with a proven track record in agile delivery and project management for demanding assignments within the automotive industry in Sweden.

You bring substantial experience from complex technical delivery environments within automotive and possess the credibility and judgment required to drive change across organizational boundaries. Your strength lies not only in methodology, but in your ability to align stakeholders, manage risk, and ensure sustainable delivery outcomes in a highly regulated and fast-moving industry.

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• 10–20 years of experience in agile delivery or project management within the automotive industry
• Leading agile delivery at scale, including SAFe Program Increments and PI planning
• Managing large, cross-functional programs spanning IT, engineering, and commercial functions
• Serving in roles such as Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or senior Scrum Master in automotive environments
• Driving organizational transformation and continuous improvement at program or portfolio level
• Coordinating delivery across software, systems, and business functions in global automotive organizations
  
  

Meritorious:

• Certification within PM or Agile leadership, e.g. SAFe, PMP, or RTE – strongly valued
• Experience from embedded software development, vehicle systems, or IT within a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading ERP transformations or other large-scale change programs within automotive
  
  

Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg

Language requirements: Fluent English required, Swedish is a merit
