emagine is looking for a Administrator that will be responsible operational parts for consulting engagements.

Start: 2026-09 (6-9 months)

Location: Stockholm

Comment: Cover for parental leave

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the creation, review, processing and signing of Statements of Work (SOW) for consulting engagements.
  • Consultant contract creation, based on clients standards. Limited negotiations included.
  • Manage and track SOW timelines, deliverables, and payment milestones.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and consultants regarding SOW terms, conditions, and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company contracting policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Maintain organized records of all consultants, SOW documents, amendments, and related correspondence.
  • Support procurement team with contract renewals, amendments, and other contractual documentation.

Requirements:

  • Desired. Basic understanding of contracting, SOWs, and contractual language.
  • Desired. Experience in corporate environment, in a matrix organization particularly in procurement, contracting, or administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with an ownership mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
