AQUA Product Owner

The AQUA AI Product Owner will drive the strategy, roadmap, and global adoption of AQUA AI – Automation Powered by Intelligence – from cable to code. 

AQUA AI is Acrom’s end-to-end‑ AI testing automation platform that orchestrates tests across both digital interfaces (web browsers, desktop applications) and physical infrastructure (power supplies, network switches, serial/USB devices), together with the labs set-up.  

The role combines product ownership, technical understanding, and business development, working across development, QA, lab, PM, and global customers. 

You will play a key part in developing and scaling AQUA AI to new customers, contributing to customer success, and positioning AQUA AI as a flagship testing automation solution globally. This role carries responsibility for the product’s financial outcomes, including P&L ownership, pricing input, and strategic growth decisions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Product Ownership & Strategy 

• Refine, maintain, and execute the AQUA AI product roadmap, aligned with Acrom’s strategic goals. 
• Gather business and technical requirements from customers and internal teams. 
• Prioritize features based on ROI, customer impact, technical feasibility, and market demand. 
• Own product financial performance (P&L), pricing input, and strategic growth decisions. 
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the dev team. 
• Collaborate with development, QA, automation, and architecture teams to design reliable and scalable features. 

Solution Evangelism & Business Development 

• Lead product presentations and demos to new and existing customers. 
• Position AQUA AI’s unique values: web and desktop apps testing, non‑locator visual testing, lab orchestration, hardware/power/network automation. 
• Contribute to GTM execution, supporting sales with content, pitch decks, PoC design, and differentiation vs. competitors. 
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects. 
• Support the acquisition of new customers and global expansion. 

Customer & Market Engagement 

• Act as the main product contact for customers adopting AQUA AI. 
• Collect continuous feedback from customers and prospects and translate it into product improvements. 
• Support PoCs, pilot programs, and onboarding of new customers and users. 
• Track product adoption metrics, usage, and customer satisfaction. 

Collaboration & Delivery 

• Work closely with PM, automation engineers, and technical architect to ensure high-quality‑ delivery. 
• Ensure that product documentation, release notes, manuals, and guides are accurate and customer friendly‑. 
• Contribute to the lunch of AQUA AI Community Edition. 

Product Quality & Continuous Improvement 

• Monitor AQUA performance, feature adoption, and defect trends. 
• Identify opportunities for AI integration, automation, usability improvements, and platform scalability. 
• Ensure AQUA aligns with Acrom’s highest standards of security, performance, and maintainability. 

Required Skills & Experience 

Must-have 

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical PM, Service Manager or similar role. 
• Strong understanding of test automation, QA lifecycle, CI/CD, or automated testing tools. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. 
• Ability to work cross functionally‑ with developers, QA, architects, PMs, and customers. 
• Solid understanding of customer needs, user experience, and value creation. 
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate needs into actionable features. 

Nice-to‑have 

• Experience with: 
• Automation frameworks (Selenium, Python, Gherkin, Robot, etc.) 
• Other testing automated testing tools 
• The launch of IT products globally

Education & Certifications 

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred). 
• Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO) is a plus. 
• QA/automation related‑ certifications are an advantage.
