We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer / Network Architect to join a large-scale enterprise environment within the Insurance sector.

This role is focused on the design, implementation, optimization, and support of complex network infrastructures, covering LAN/WAN, Data Center technologies, Wireless, Load Balancing, VoIP, and advanced troubleshooting. The successful candidate will play a key role in network architecture decisions, high-availability designs, and the delivery of secure and resilient infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise LAN and WAN infrastructures.
• Develop resilient and highly available network architectures using technologies such as HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP.
• Design modern Data Center solutions, including Leaf-Spine, VXLAN, and EVPN architectures.
• Configure and support advanced routing environments using OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, and Policy-Based Routing.
• Design and optimize switching environments including VLANs, STP, RSTP, MSTP, EtherChannel/LACP, and advanced QoS.
• Implement and support load balancing solutions, including SSL offloading, reverse proxy, health monitoring, and traffic distribution.
• Support and optimize Cisco and Aruba wireless infrastructures.
• Design and troubleshoot enterprise VoIP solutions, including SIP, RTP, SBCs, Microsoft Teams integrations, QoS, and security controls.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across Layers 1–7 using packet captures, flow analysis, logs, and monitoring tools.
• Produce High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and technical leaders to deliver infrastructure initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Network Architecture and Enterprise Networking.
• Advanced knowledge of Routing and Switching technologies.
• Hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, STP, QoS, and network segmentation.
• Experience with Data Center technologies such as Leaf-Spine, VXLAN, and EVPN.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security, and VoIP environments.
• Experience using tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump for deep packet analysis.
• Knowledge of Cisco enterprise networking solutions.
• Experience with SIP, RTP, SBCs, and enterprise VoIP platforms.
• Experience with load balancing solutions and application delivery technologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Cisco Certifications (CCNP, CCIE or similar)
• ITIL v4 Certification
• Experience with project delivery and technical project management
• Experience producing HLD and LLD documentation
• Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS frameworks
