Project Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ERP implementation projects across a portfolio of customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager with a proven track record of managing complex ERP implementations in a customer-facing environment.

Working with customers, consultants and technical teams, you will take ownership of projects from initiation through to successful go-live, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and project documentation.
• Coordinate project resources and ensure effective delivery across all phases.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Track budgets, project progress and provide regular stakeholder reporting.
• Lead project meetings, workshops and steering committees.
• Drive best practice and continuous improvement across project delivery.

About You

You are an organised and commercially aware Project Manager with experience delivering ERP projects and managing stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, budgeting and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to understand business requirements and deliver successful project outcomes.

Desirable

• Experience delivering ERP solutions into wholesale, distribution, manufacturing or merchant sectors.
• Previous experience working within customer-facing software implementation environments.

Location

This contract role is based in the Netherlands with hybrid working. Travel to customer sites across the country will be required as projects demand.
