Our PPC Department is made up of strategic, performance-focused experts with a strong passion for data, experimentation, and growth.

GROSS SALARY

YOU
You’re passionate about digital marketing and excited to start or grow your career in Paid Social. You enjoy learning new things, are curious about how social media advertising works, and like using data to understand what drives performance. You're proactive, open to feedback, and motivated to develop your skills while contributing to impactful campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Help launch and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Assist in creating and testing different audiences, creatives, and campaign setups
- Track campaign performance and help identify optimization opportunities
- Learn how to analyze campaign data and apply insights with support from the team
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to improve campaign results
- Stay curious about new trends, advertising features, and best practices in paid social
- Around 6 months of hands-on experience with Paid Social campaigns through work, internship, freelance projects, or personal initiatives
- Basic understanding of social media advertising platforms, especially Meta Ads, with exposure to TikTok Ads considered a plus
- Familiarity with key PPC metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and willingness to use data to improve campaign performance
- Strong interest in performance marketing and eagerness to learn through experimentation and feedback
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
