Junior Production Designer

We’re expanding our onsite Creative Hub in Riga to support retail point-of-sale and marketing activities across 12 European markets. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career designer to gain hands-on experience in a global retail environment while collaborating with regional marketing teams.

Therefore,

Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Junior Production Designer

Type of Employment: Temporary position for 6 months (employed through the staffing agency Grafton)

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

What You'll Do

Design, prepare, and deliver retail cycle artwork and marketing materials for print and digital channels.
Manage tasks from initial brief to sign‑off, ensuring all work meets brand standards and stakeholder expectations.
Work across multiple high-volume projects simultaneously and communicate proactively with account managers and internal teams.
Follow quality control and sign‑off procedures, maintain accurate file and asset management.

What You'll Need

Qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (third-level degree or equivalent).
0 - 1 year of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects.
Strong visual design skills and an understanding of brand building in a retail environment.
The ability to manage high-volume design work and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with colleagues across Europe.
Reliability as a team player, with excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
Experience with After Effects, Figma, digital asset creation, or workflow tools (e.g., Workfront) is an advantage.
