Senior Project Manager/AD Finland

We are seeking Senior Project Managers and Associate Directors with experience in data centre projects to support the delivery of major hyperscale programmes in Finland. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role on complex, high-value developments, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive successful project outcomes from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of large-scale data centre projects across all phases, from planning and design through to construction and handover

• Act as the primary client interface, providing strategic advice and ensuring alignment on programme objectives

• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Oversee project performance across schedule, cost, risk, and quality, ensuring successful delivery in line with client expectations

• Establish and maintain robust project governance, reporting, and communication structures

• Support procurement strategies and contractor engagement throughout the project lifecycle

• Identify and mitigate risks, driving proactive decision-making in fast-paced, mission-critical environments

• Contribute to business development, client relationship management, and the growth of the Finland and wider European portfolio

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering data centre or other mission-critical projects at Senior PM or Associate Director level

• Strong understanding of construction delivery, MEP systems, and complex project environments

• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multidisciplinary teams and client relationships

• Experience managing high-value programmes with full lifecycle responsibility

• Finnish language skills are highly desirable

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline

• Professional membership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, PMP) desirable
