Key Responsibilities:

● Product Strategy & Vision: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and

improvements based on data, customer feedback, and business goals.

● Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data analytics and customer insights to guide

product decisions. Be comfortable with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and

performance metrics.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams including design,

engineering, and operations to bring product features to life.

● Customer Focus: Always advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their

needs, pain points, and behaviors. Drive improvements in user experience.

● Project Management: Lead projects from conception through to delivery. Ensure

on-time delivery while balancing quality and cost considerations.

● Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging

technologies, and competitors' products to ensure the company remains competitive.

● KPIs and Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the

product’s success. Provide regular updates to leadership on product performance.

Qualifications:

● 3-5 years of experience in product management

● Proven experience making data-driven decisions and analyzing complex datasets.

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute

methodically.

● Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across teams and

presenting to leadership.

● Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
