Your Mission

• You design AI innovations in close collaboration with product and project teams and help turn new ideas into actionable implementations.
• You evaluate and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies for concrete business applications.
• You stay up to date with the latest developments, analyze new research findings, and translate them into practical solutions.
• You share your knowledge with colleagues, strengthen internal AI expertise, and drive the technical advancement of the organization forward.
  
  

Your Profile

• a completed degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, along with several years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions, ideally in a corporate environment.
• current experience with modern AI technologies such as retrieval-augmented generation, advanced prompt engineering, and multi-agent architectures, as well as a deep understanding of deep neural networks.
• confident working in agile development environments (Scrum, CI/CD, iterative processes) and in integrating AI into enterprise systems.
• strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English, enabling you to clearly explain complex AI concepts to different target audiences.
• a high level of initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm for experimenting with the latest AI technologies.
