Fullstack Python Developer

Contract Details

Role Type: Project-Based B2B Contractor (Fixed-Term).
Initial Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension based on project needs).
Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
Location: Fully Remote (Argentina).

What We Look For

Minimum 5 years of commercial experience building full-stack applications with Python, with a proven track record of delivering scalable web solutions.
Strong experience developing backend services with FastAPI (or similar Python frameworks) and modern frontend applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including solid ORM experience.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with third-party services.
Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure) and modern authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2.
Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, automated testing, and maintainable development practices.
English proficiency (B2+) – comfortable communicating technical concepts in an international environment.
Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.

We'll appreciate if you have:

Experience with Healthcare Interoperability standards, including FHIR and/or HL7.
Previous experience working on HealthTech products.
Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience integrating AI-powered services or using AI development tools to improve engineering productivity.

What you'll do:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.
Build scalable APIs and responsive user interfaces while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and clients to deliver impactful features.
Participate in architectural discussions, technical decision-making, and code reviews.
Communicate daily in English with international teams and stakeholders.
Contribute to engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
