Contract Details

  • Role Type: Project-Based B2B Contractor (Fixed-Term).
  • Initial Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension based on project needs).
  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Location: Fully Remote (Argentina).

What We Look For

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience building full-stack applications with Python, with a proven track record of delivering scalable web solutions.
  • Strong experience developing backend services with FastAPI (or similar Python frameworks) and modern frontend applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including solid ORM experience.
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with third-party services.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure) and modern authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, automated testing, and maintainable development practices.
  • English proficiency (B2+) – comfortable communicating technical concepts in an international environment.
  • Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.

We'll appreciate if you have:

  • Experience with Healthcare Interoperability standards, including FHIR and/or HL7.
  • Previous experience working on HealthTech products.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience integrating AI-powered services or using AI development tools to improve engineering productivity.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.
  • Build scalable APIs and responsive user interfaces while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and clients to deliver impactful features.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, technical decision-making, and code reviews.
  • Communicate daily in English with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
