Blockchain Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based solutions in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with blockchain platforms, smart contract development, and distributed systems, contributing to secure and scalable Web3 products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop blockchain-based applications and smart contracts
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps)
• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity or similar languages
• Integrate blockchain solutions with backend systems and APIs
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain applications
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and smart contract audits
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
• Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and protocols
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in blockchain development or related software engineering roles
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems
• Proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Web3 development
• Experience with Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and backend integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DeFi protocols, NFTs, DAOs, or Layer 2 solutions
• Knowledge of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155
• Familiarity with Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, Ganache, or similar tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Understanding of blockchain security best practices and smart contract auditing
• Contributions to open-source Web3 projects are a plus
