About the role:

We're looking for a Change Delivery Specialist to support the successful rollout and adoption of improvements across our customer support organisation.

Working closely with Project Managers, Business Owners, Operations and Customer Service, you'll help coordinate the implementation of new processes, tools and ways of working. You'll ensure rollout activities run smoothly, teams are prepared, and changes are effectively adopted.

While Process Management defines what changes are needed and Project Managers own overall delivery of initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to become technically hands-on during project phase, supporting the execution of rollout activities that bring these changes into the organisation.

Areas of responsibility:

• Support the execution of rollout plans for customer support initiatives & improvements
• Help coordinate implementation activities across Process Management, Platform teams, Operations and Customer Service
• Assist in preparing teams for new processes, tools and ways of working
• Support the development of rollout communications and guidance materials
• Track rollout progress and follow up on actions with relevant stakeholders
• Identify and escalate risks or blockers during implementation
• Support monitoring of adoption and feedback from teams
• Contribute to capturing lessons learned after rollout activities

To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:

We're looking for someone who enjoys organising work, coordinating across teams and making sure things get done.

You may have experience in:

• Customer Operations or Customer Service
• Project or implementation coordination
• Change support roles
• Process or operational support
• Business analysis or reporting
