Project Manager

The Project Manager – Data Centers is responsible for the delivery and performance of multiple complex data center projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role provides leadership across planning, commercial & cost, contracts, and PMO governance, ensuring integrated Project performance. The Project Manager acts as a key link between project execution teams and senior leadership, driving delivery excellence and informed decision-making.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead delivery of one data center project/Projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure alignment with business strategy, objectives, and client requirements
• Oversee integrated schedule, cost, and resource performance across all projects
• Drive Project performance using KPIs, P6 scheduling, and EVM insights
• Provide oversight of commercial, cost, and contractual performance (variations, claims, risks)
• Manage Project-level risks, issues, changes, and governance processes
• Lead coordination and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Review and ensure accurate reporting, dashboards, and executive updates
• Mentor and manage project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance
• Enable data-driven decision-making and resolution of critical issues at Project level

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 10–15 years of experience in Project/project management
• Strong background in data centers, large-scale infrastructure, or EPC environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of project controls, commercial management, and contracts (FIDIC)
