As Product Manager, you will drive the next stage of product evolution at a fast-growing, profitable marketplace platform serving hundreds of thousands of users. You will work closely with the founders to shape product strategy, translate ideas into an actionable roadmap, and partner with engineering and design to bring new product experiences to life. This role blends strategic ownership with hands on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants meaningful impact on product direction.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with founders to define and evolve product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Translate big picture direction into an actionable, prioritized roadmap
  • Build and maintain product frameworks and planning systems supporting short, mid, and long term goals
  • Serve as the connective link between founders, engineering, design, and go to market teams
  • Own execution of the product roadmap and associated OKRs
  • Translate vision and user needs into clear product specifications and PRDs
  • Manage release planning, dependencies, and coordination across the product team
  • Conduct customer interviews and discovery to uncover user needs and pain points
  • Synthesize customer insights and usage data to inform roadmap decisions
  • Design and run experiments to validate product ideas and reduce risk before scaling
  • Define and track product success metrics for performance, engagement, and adoption

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience with clear demonstration of ownership and impact
  • Experience turning customer insights and business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams
  • Experience as a PM in a B2B SaaS or marketplace product
  • Hands on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roadmap priorities
  • Skilled at balancing strategic direction with day to day execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working on products in the social media or influencer marketing space is a plus
  • Technical background or close collaboration with engineering teams is a plus
  • UI/UX design sensibility is a plus
  • Previous experience with two sided marketplaces is a plus
