Project Manager

We’re growing our delivery team and looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and manage software projects for our enterprise clients, especially in banking, fintech, and other mission-critical business domains.

Mavidev Yazılım ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., founded in 2019, builds custom software and provides technology consulting for enterprise clients in mission-critical domains such as banking, fintech, and insurance where reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability matter most.

We are a corporate member of BIAN, the Banking Industry Architecture Network, and YASAD, Turkey’s Software Industrialists Association.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and supporting the delivery of software development projects.

You will work closely with clients, engineering teams, business analysts, QA engineers, and technical leads to keep projects clearly planned, properly communicated, and aligned with scope, priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.

You will also contribute to improving our day-to-day delivery practices, including meeting discipline, project reporting, risk tracking, and documentation.

• Plan and coordinate software projects from kickoff to delivery
• Act as one of the main points of contact for clients on scope, priorities, timelines, and project status
• Coordinate developers, business analysts, QA engineers, and technical leads
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and progress
• Identify blockers early and coordinate follow-up actions
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and client follow-ups
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, project status reports, and management updates
• Support scope management, change request tracking, and delivery planning
• Contribute to improving our project delivery practices and reporting routines

• 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating software development projects
• Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication across parallel projects
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal English is essential, as you will work with international clients, stakeholders, and documentation
• Fluent Turkish
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience in banking, fintech, insurance, ERP, or enterprise software projects
• Experience working with distributed or hybrid software teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Notion, Confluence, or similar project management platforms

• The role may require attending project or client meetings on both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul, depending on project needs
• Working model: Primarily on-site / hybrid, depending on the candidate and project requirements
