Junior Scrum Master / Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Junior Scrum Master / Business Analyst who is at the beginning of their career and eager to grow with our team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about Agile ways of working, enjoys communicating with different stakeholders, and wants to develop both business analysis and Scrum Master skills.

This is an on-site position based in our Antalya office, where you will work closely with our development team and business stakeholders on a daily basis.

We are not looking for someone with extensive experience. Instead, we value curiosity, strong communication skills, and the willingness to learn and improve together with the team.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requests, issues, and enhancement requirements from business stakeholders.
• Analyze and clarify business needs before communicating them to the development team.
• Create and maintain user stories, tasks, and documentation.
• Support the Scrum process by facilitating communication between business stakeholders and developers.
• Track the progress of requests and follow up until delivery.
• Help prioritize the product backlog together with the Product Owner and development team.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.
• Monitor task progress and proactively identify blockers.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes carefully.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership.
