Generative AI Engineer (LLM / RAG)

Strong Python programming with hands-on experience in AIML solution development

Experience with GenAILLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and AI agents

Hands-on knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and retrieval systems

Good understanding of NLP, machine learning and model evaluationExperience with CICD, and cloud platforms such as AWS

Ability to orchestrate services using MCP protocol

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AIML and GenAI solutions that solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.

Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and intelligent automation use cases using modern AI frameworks.

Work with structured and unstructured data, create model training and evaluation pipelines, and ensure solution quality, scalability, and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, provide technical inputs, and take end-to-end ownership from experimentation to production rollout.

Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and best practices to improve delivery speed, performance, and business impact.
