Job Description

We are searching for Agile Delivery Leads who can think outside of their operational box and stay curious about everything happening around them. We like people who ask questions, listen, collaborate, challenge themselves and support others in their growth. For our IT department, we are searching for a Senior Agile Delivery Lead who will guide teams, support product development and ensure that delivery happens smoothly, predictably and in alignment with our goals. As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will work closely with Product Owners, architects, UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers and various business stakeholders. You will use your passion for Agile ways of working, team facilitation and delivery excellence to create the environment and processes that will shape the future of our digital products.

Qualifications

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-Ups, Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective) and ensure they bring real value.

• Support the team in planning, tracking and achieving sprint goals.
• Monitor delivery progress, capacity and commitments to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery velocity.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog items.
• Work closely with architects and technical leads to understand risks, dependencies, and architectural impacts.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
• Support coordination across multiple teams or streams when needed.
  
  

Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Promote Agile principles, mindset and best practices across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and experimentation for better efficiency and team health.
• Use data and delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, flow efficiency, impediments) to enable informed decisions
• Encourage a culture of ownership, accountability, transparency and open feedback.
• Risk, Dependency & Stakeholder Management
• Manage delivery risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and escalate blockers when necessary.
• Ensure alignment with product roadmap, release plans and organizational priorities.
• Support coordination with external vendors when involved.

• Create an inclusive, safe and collaborative team environment.
• Encourage learning, growth and shared knowledge within the team.
• Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters or Delivery Leads when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Project Manager in Agile environments).
• Proven experience working with cross-functional product teams in complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Agile metrics and scaling practices.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence. or similar tools.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Strong facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and adaptability.
• Experience working in multicultural or distributed teams is a plus.
• Understanding of software development processes, APIs, integrations, microservices and modern architectures (conceptual level).
