• Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

• Interviews: The average number of interviews is 3 (the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris Consulting: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

• Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

You will join our Information System & Digital team, where you will design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-powered solutions. You will work on both prompting and code engineering, building scalable backend systems and APIs on Azure, and integrating advanced AI functionalities into production environments. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and frontend developers to deliver robust, secure, and efficient architectures. Your ability to challenge existing implementations, understand business requirements, and actively contribute to the spread of GenAI culture within the organization will be key.

Your missions

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions in Python, leveraging NLP and LLM models

• Develop scalable backend systems and APIs to support AI solutions, primarily using Azure services

• Build and optimize cloud-based AI solutions using Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault

• Integrate advanced AI functionalities such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), speech-to-text, and other AI models into production environments

• Design and implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions leveraging LLMs

• Ensure high availability and reliability of backend services and AI model deployments, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues

• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of AI models and solutions

• Document solutions and share results to foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing within the team

Your profile

• Experience in Python and AI technical knowledge (NLP, LLMs, GenAI)

• Experience in designing and implementing backend systems and APIs in production environments

• Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault)

• Experience integrating generative AI capabilities (RAG, speech-to-text, LLM-based solutions) into real projects

• Academic background: Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related fields

• English and Spanish fluent.

• You demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
