Internship: CRM & Digital Customer Journey

Mercedes-Benz Portugal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Portuguese market operations in CRM and Digital Customer Journey. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and customer experience. You will work closely with our local Portuguese marketing team to contribute to marketing automation, website optimization, and the ongoing improvement of the digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM, E-mail Marketing, Automation and Analytics:

• Support the creation and adaptation of e-mail campaigns.
• Collaborate in the creation of marketing automation flows.
• Prepare agency briefings.
• Collaborate in the monthly newsletter creation.
• Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and optimization recommendations

Web User Experience, Content updates and Analytics:

• Support the adaptation of websites and the creation of content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for content updates (product management, legal, sales, communications, events).
• Prepare agency briefings.
• Track and understand the evolution of website traffic, chat usage, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
• Analyze and optimize customer journeys across landing pages and the website overall.

Reporting & Dashboards:

• Usage of reports and dashboards for Salesforce CRM and web KPIs.
• Support the preparation of customized reports, PowerPoint presentations, and analytical insights for the Marketing and Sales teams and leadership.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Interest in CRM platforms and digital customer journeys.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
