International Construction Project Manager

CHALLENGE:

Integrated into the Architecture, Construction and Maintenance Department, the Project Manager will be responsible for the entire process related to the opening and refurbishment of PARFOIS stores worldwide, while ensuring the coordination of all involved teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the opening of PARFOIS stores and the refurbishment projects of existing stores worldwide, regarding construction and technical support.
• Comply with defined deadlines and internal procedures.
• Ensure all matters related to store openings (e.g. legal formalities).
• Supervise and lead work teams (different specialties, internal staff and external partners).

PROFILE:

• Relevant professional experience in similar roles (preferably in retail).
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering.
• Fluency in English (additional languages will be valued).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, assertiveness and communication skills.
• Availability to travel.
