Network Specialist

Location: Hengelo, Netherlands (Hybrid – 3 days/week in the office)

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent Contract

Eligibility: Candidates must hold EU or NATO member country citizenship and be eligible for the required security clearance.

We are looking for a Network Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Cisco networking to support advanced Naval Combat Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain secure network infrastructure.
Deploy and support networks for operator consoles, radar, and sensor systems.
Troubleshoot and optimize network performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams for system integration and testing.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience with Cisco Routing, Switching, OSPF, PIM Multicast, Firewalling.
CCNA certification (mandatory); CCNP preferred.
Strong Linux administration skills (RHCE preferred).
Experience with Cisco ASA, OpenSCAP, Nessus, DISA STIG, and cybersecurity.
Knowledge of Ansible, Python, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Jira, and Agile/Scaled Scrum is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, System & Network Engineering, or a related field.
