People Operations & Talent Partner
I'm partnering with an innovative global organisation operating at the forefront of blockchain technology to appoint a Talent & People Operations Specialist to join their People team.
This is a genuinely varied role where no two weeks will look the same.
This is a very flexible role with very little time required in the office
At times, you'll spend 80-90% of your time focused on recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent across the business. At other times, your focus will shift towards HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, people projects, systems and process improvement.
If you enjoy variety and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, this could be an excellent opportunity.
The Role
You'll work closely with the Chief People Officer and support the People function across a broad range of activities, including:
- End-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions
- Partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning, benchmarking and hiring strategy
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding
- HR administration and employee documentation
- Benefits administration and HR operations
- HR systems management and maintaining accurate employee data
- Supporting process improvements, workflows and operational excellence initiatives
- Working closely with stakeholders across a global organisation to deliver an outstanding employee experience
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys both recruitment and HR operations.
You'll ideally have:
- 3-5 years' experience in a HR Generalist, People Operations or Talent Partner role
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience in the tech space
- Experience supporting the wider employee lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong HRIS and systems experience
- Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to work independently
- A genuine passion for delivering a first-class employee experience
What Will Make You Stand Out
We're particularly interested in speaking with people who have experience in, or a genuine interest in:
- Blockchain
- Cryptocurrency
- Web3
- FinTech
- Scaling technology organisations
You don't need to be a blockchain expert, but you should be curious about the industry, understand the space at a high level and be excited about supporting a business operating at the forefront of emerging technology.
The Person
This role would suit someone who naturally takes ownership.
Someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, improving processes and delivering results without needing constant direction.
You'll be equally comfortable discussing a hiring strategy with a manager, supporting a new employee through onboarding, improving a HR process or helping to optimise the systems that underpin the People function.
If you're looking for a role where you'll have genuine variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work with a highly innovative global organisation, I'd love to hear from you.
