About Your New Job

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams through iterative software development cycles. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, remove delivery impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Working closely with Product Owners, developers, and key business stakeholders, you will ensure transparency, maximise team velocity, and drive the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Agile practitioner who enjoys empowering teams and improving delivery outcomes.

What Skills You Need

• 5+ years' experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Strong servant leadership, coaching, and team facilitation skills
• Experience removing delivery impediments and managing project risks and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical project delivery
• Experience using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reporting to drive continuous improvement

What You'll Be Doing

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective sprint execution
• Coach Agile teams and promote best practices across delivery squads
• Remove blockers and enable teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency
• Monitor delivery metrics and identify opportunities to improve team performance
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Agile processes and tooling
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
