Your Mission

As a Product Manager, you will own the development of our B2B Bike-as-a-Service platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations and our B2B customers to shape a product that delivers real value to delivery services and fleet operators.

• Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer and business needs
• Working closely with Engineering and Design teams on new feature concepts
• Conducting customer interviews and requirements analysis with B2B delivery customers
• Defining user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics (KPIs)
• Driving the product development process from idea to launch
• Analyzing the market and competitive landscape in Bike-as-a-Service / Mobility
• Acting as the interface between leadership, sales, operations and the tech team
  
  

Your Skills And Qualifications

• Several years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B or platform environment
• Experience working with Engineering and Design teams using agile methods
• Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decisions
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience using tools like Jira, Linear, Notion or similar
• Good German and English skills
• Nice to have
• Interest in mobility, logistics or sharing-economy topics
• Experience in mobility, logistics or fleet management
• Background in hardware-adjacent or physical products
