About The Role

As a Frontend Developer at Mindtwo GmbH, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to translate visual concepts and technical requirements into high-quality digital products. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will enable you to develop modern, cross-device solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess several years of professional experience in frontend development, demonstrating a strong portfolio of previous work. A comprehensive understanding of modern frontend technologies, including semantic HTML, CSS (particularly Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript, is essential. Experience with frameworks such as Vue.js or Alpine.js is required, along with familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility standards. Basic knowledge of PHP or a willingness to learn is important for working with PHP-based CMS systems like WordPress, Craft CMS, or Statamic. Candidates should also be proficient with version control systems such as Git, and have experience working within agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Additional skills in animation frameworks such as GSAP or Lottie, as well as CSS animations, are advantageous. Strong communication skills in German and English, self-motivation, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for continuous learning are vital attributes for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern, device-agnostic frontend solutions utilizing HTML, CSS (with Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript, incorporating frameworks like Vue.js, Alpine.js, and Vite.
• Implement HTML templates based on design prototypes from tools like Figma, ensuring precise and detail-oriented execution.
• Integrate and optimize content management systems such as WordPress, Craft CMS, or Statamic, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and continuously optimize website performance, focusing on fast load times and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with designers to identify potential issues early in the development process and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate with the online marketing team to implement SEO strategies and tracking measures effectively.
