Contract - Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead - Digital Assets
Join a global financial services organisation investing heavily in digital assets, blockchain, and real-time trading platforms. You'll work within a high-performing technology team building secure, scalable systems at the forefront of modern finance.
Your new role
As a Production Support / SRE Lead, you'll support a digital assets platform including wallet infrastructure, blockchain nodes, and transaction systems. You'll ensure platform reliability, resolve production issues, and drive automation and observability across distributed systems.
What you'll need to succeed
- Lead experience in SRE / Production Support / Platform Engineering (trading, payments, or real-time systems)
- Strong skills in Java, Python, or Go
- Experience with Linux, Kubernetes/OpenShift, containers
- Database experience (Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis)
- Observability tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Nice to have: blockchain / digital assets exposure, distributed systems, cryptography
- Work on cutting-edge digital asset platforms
- High-scale, mission-critical systems
- Strong engineering culture + modern tooling
