Accountant

SERB, Oman's national UTM platform, is looking for a hands-on accountant to keep our finances accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.

What you'll do:

✅ Manage day-to-day accounting across multiple platforms, including Zoho Books, entries, reconciliations, reporting

✅ Prepare and file VAT returns in line with Oman Tax Authority requirements

✅ Process monthly payroll and salaries (including WPS)

✅ Prepare quotations and invoices and handle bank transfers and payments

✅ Audit sales and revenue records and support internal & external audits

What we're looking for:

🔹 2+ years of accounting experience

🔹 Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and comfort working across different accounting and banking platforms

🔹 Solid knowledge of Oman VAT filing and payroll processing

🔹 Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with deadlines

🔹 Bonus: audit-firm background or startup experience
