Chief Operating Officer / CCO / C-Suite

I’m working with a well-backed climate infrastructure / robotics company in Berkeley that is hiring a senior operations leader.

The company is building technology to tackle large-scale physical-world problems across land, infrastructure, restoration and climate resilience.

Whilst there are some specifics, our overall goal is to hire a talented individual from an Operations, Product or Strategy background and has specifically helped a StartUp go from seed, to Series B+.

The background does not need to be robotics or deeptech specifically. Relevant experience could come from software, IoT, climate tech, hardware, logistics, infrastructure, marketplace, industrial tech, AI, or another venture-backed startup environment.

The important part is that you have seen the journey from early chaos into repeatable scale — helping build the operating system of a company as it grows.

Areas that would be relevant:

• Operating cadence, planning, metrics and accountability
• Cross-functional execution across product, sales, customer success, finance and operations
• Building teams, systems and processes from scratch
• Fundraising / board / investor exposure
• Commercial scale-up and customer delivery
• Founder / CEO partnership
• Moving from 0→1 into repeatable growth

This is likely best suited to someone who has operated very close to the founder/CEO and helped turn a high-potential startup into a more disciplined, scalable company.
