Product Manager - eSIM

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for eSIM offerings (consumer & enterprise).
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer research, market analysis, and business goals.
• Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver eSIM provisioning, activation, and profile-management features.
• Manage API integration with telecom partners, ensuring seamless eSIM provisioning, profile management, and remote SIM management (RSM) workflows.
• Ensure compliance with GSMA RSP (Remote SIM Provisioning) standards (SGP.22, SGP.32) and carrier certification requirements.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as activation success rate, time-to-connect, churn, and support ticket volume.
• Work closely with customer support and operations teams to reduce friction in eSIM activation and troubleshooting.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the global eSIM space.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new eSIM markets, carrier partnerships, or device compatibility launches.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on regulatory requirements across different markets/regions.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, and trade-offs clearly to executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in telecom, connectivity, mobile technology, or SaaS.
• Experience with eSIM-related consumer apps e.g. travel eSIM, connectivity marketplace platforms.
• Familiarity with telecom protocols and interfaces including SM-DP+, SM-DS, LPA, and OTA profile management is a bonus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into product decisions.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, operations).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and managing agile backlogs.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is required.
