We are seeking a strategic leader to originate and activate high-impact partnerships that connect markets, communities, and ideas.
You will play a key role in shaping the next phase of SGX Group’s brand and engagement strategy - identifying opportunities that integrate brand, business priorities, and social impact to strengthen market positioning, unlock growth opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
1. Strategic Partnerships Development
- Define and execute a partnerships strategy aligned with SGX’s business priorities and growth ambitions.
- Originate, and negotiate partnerships with global institutions, , industry bodies, commercial or media partners.
- Build an ecosystem of partners that amplifies distribution, content, and access to new audiences.
- Structure partnerships beyond sponsorship—focusing on co-creation and scalable engagement models.
- Establish meaningful KPIs and tracking to ensure measurable impact and strategic value.
2. Brand-led Collaboration & Positioning
- Translate brand strategy into high-impact external collaborations that are aligned to strategic narratives.
- Drive partnerships that enhance SGX’s reputation, visibility, and thought leadership.
- Integrate partnerships into flagship campaigns, events, and content platforms.
3. Purpose-led & CSR Partnerships
- Lead purpose-driven partnerships and CSR initiatives aligned with SGX Group’s brand, values, and stakeholder priorities.
- Identify and shape collaborations to deliver social impact alongside brand and business outcomes.
- Act as squad leader for key CSR initiatives, driving cross-functional teams from concept through execution.
- Ensure CSR programmes are embedded into broader brand narratives, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
4. Partnership Activation & Delivery
- Design high-impact experiences, and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead selected partnership initiatives end-to-end, mobilising networks, capabilities, and resources to drive shared outcomes.
- Manage key partner and agency relationships to ensure strong, consistent execution.
- Bring perspective on market trends and apply AI tools to enhance insight, productivity, and delivery.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to link brand, business priorities and market dynamics into scalable partnerships.
- Good commercial acumen, with experience structuring partnerships that deliver mutual value.
- 12-15 years’ experience originating and delivering partnerships with brand and business impact.
- Strong stakeholder influence and team player, with the ability to cultivate relationships with ecosystem participants to advance partnerships.
- Demonstrates sound judgement, learning agility and adaptability—able to quickly build domain understanding, navigate ambiguity and evolve strategies with shifting markets and priorities.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, able to articulate propositions and secure buy-in.
- Experience working with agencies and external partners to bring partnership concepts to life.
- Familiarity with applying AI tools.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of capital markets or financial services ecosystem
- Exposure in purpose-led or CSR-related partnerships
