Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles to enhance team performance.
• Utilize project management tools to track project status, manage resources, and report on project metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a deal breaker.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
