Your Impact

  • Lead and program handle the end-to-end product lifecycle from pre-concept commit to First Customer Shipment (FCS).
  • Accountable for meeting meticulous time-to-market requirements, product cost targets, yield goals, and volume ramp plans.
  • Steer cross-functional teams to achieve common project goals and solve complex technical and business challenges.
  • Proactively seek and implement innovative solutions that address project roadblocks while considering broader business impact.
  • Leverage sophisticated data analysis and insights to drive strategic, data-informed decision-making.
  • Maintain focus and deliver results while effectively adjusting to shifting priorities and changing team objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, or product development.
  • Demonstrated experience handling new product introductions (NPI) in collaboration with manufacturers, suppliers, and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
  • Validated ability to influence key interested parties, senior leadership, and external partners to achieve project success.
  • Project Management technical background, procurement/cost management experience from tech company
  • Demonstrated learning agility with a proven record of seeking opportunities for professional development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead teams through complex problem-solving processes.
  • Confirmed adaptability and resilience when leading unexpected challenges across multiple global teams.
