About The Role And The Team

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Diagnostics IT – Data, Cloud & Architecture Solutions and support both project-related and operational data initiatives across the business. In this role, you will help transform data into reliable insights, support CRM/ERP implementations, and contribute to building governed, high-quality reporting solutions for Diagnostics teams globally.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical partners, acting as a trusted data partner in implementation projects and ongoing reporting activities. This role combines hands-on analytical work with data conversion, governance, and business collaboration, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both structured project work and insight-driven decision support.

Working with us, you will receive:

  • Full-time work agreement in an international organization
  • Learning and development opportunities adapted to your needs and supporting your growth
  • Hybrid work model, combining remote work opportunities with work in an office in the Szczecin City Center
  • Flexible working hours
  • Benefits package including social benefits (private medical health care, insurance, sport card, etc.)
  • Scandinavian culture – informal, focused on equality, independence, open dialog, and work-life balance

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Ensure reporting consistency, performance, and alignment with business needs and IT standards
  • Build reusable semantic models in Power BI for Diagnostics domains
  • Design, develop, and publish dashboards and reports based on curated datasets
  • Collect, document and execute data requirements from business stakeholders
  • Participate in CRM/ERP related projects and support data-related activities as an independent Data Consultant
  • Analyse legacy ERP/CRM systems from a data structure and mapping perspective
  • Plan and coordinate data conversion activities together with project teams
  • Filter, clean, and prepare data extracts for upload into business systems
  • Execute final data conversion activities during go-live and support post-go-live data quality processes
  • Collaborate with Process Owners to maintain data quality, governance, and metadata documentation
  • Support stakeholders in interpreting insights and refining reporting requirements

Apply today if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or data-related project work, ideally in ERP/CRM environments
  • Have at least intermediate SQL knowledge and advanced Excel skills
  • Have hands-on experience with Power BI, including semantic models, DAX, and report design
  • Have experience preparing, cleansing, and transforming data for migration or conversion activities
  • Understand how to work with ERP or CRM systems
  • Understand data governance concepts such as lineage, metadata, and access policies
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with business stakeholders
  • Work in a structured, detail-oriented, and independent way
  • Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Feel comfortable working in cross-functional, international environments
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

It would be nice if you:

  • Have worked with data governance or post-go-live data stewardship processes

We are waiting to hear from you!
