About KriptoK

KriptoK is building a next-generation non-custodial multichain wallet for direct-to-consumer blockchain adoption. We are making onchain finance easier to access through a mobile-first product that brings together swaps, dApps, tokenized assets, vaults, rewards, and multichain infrastructure. We support and are expanding across major ecosystems including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Sui, BNB Chain, Base, Arbitrum, Tron, HyperEVM, Avalanche, and more. We are looking for a Growth Lead (APAC) to help build KriptoK’s presence across high-growth Asian markets through local campaigns, partnerships, events, community, and product-led growth.

What you’ll work on

• Lead growth initiatives across APAC markets, including local campaigns, partnerships, communities, ambassadors, and events.
• Coordinate KriptoK’s presence at crypto conferences, side events, meetups, university activations, and ecosystem gatherings.
• Build relationships with local crypto communities, KOLs, ecosystem partners, builders, and strategic distribution channels.
• Design and execute growth campaigns around swaps, rewards, chain launches, vaults, tokenized assets, dApps, and local market moments.
• Work with product and marketing to localize messaging, campaigns, and user journeys for APAC audiences.
• Identify country-specific opportunities across markets such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, India, Pakistan, Korea, Japan, Singapore, and other high-potential regions.
• Track campaign performance, user acquisition, activation, retention, swap volume, and community engagement.
• Help turn KriptoK into a recognized consumer wallet brand across APAC.

What we’re looking for

• Strong understanding of crypto users, communities, and growth channels in APAC.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, consumer apps, exchanges, wallets, DeFi, or Web3 ecosystems.
• Ability to own growth campaigns from idea to execution.
• Strong network or ability to build one quickly across communities, events, partners, and local operators.
• Excellent communication skills and good taste in positioning. We want sharp, credible growth — not spammy crypto marketing.
• Comfortable working across product, marketing, community, BD, and engineering.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track what works and cut what does not.

Nice to have

• Existing APAC crypto network across KOLs, communities, events, or ecosystem teams.
• Experience launching products or campaigns in multiple Asian markets.
• Familiarity with wallets, swaps, DeFi, tokenized assets, rewards, quests, and onchain user behavior.
• Experience coordinating conference presence, side events, ambassador programs, or local activations.
• Ability to work across different languages, cultures, and market behaviors.
