We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department and shape an engaged, high-performing, and future-ready organization. This role is responsible for driving the people agenda in alignment with business objectives, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive employee experience, and developing an engaging workplace culture.

What you can expect:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with company goals, values, and business priorities for blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Act as a trusted business partner and employer representative, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and corporate standards.
• Drive organizational performance through effective KPI/OKR management, performance evaluation, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, retention, promotion, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, accountability, and employee well-being.
• Ensure fair and value-based decision-making across all employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage HR budgets effectively, balancing business impact, employee value, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with global HR stakeholders to develop and implement aligned HR practices and initiatives.
  
  
  

Your profile:

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in Human Resources.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, labor law, organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition and talent management.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and drive organizational transformation.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
