Position Overview:

We are looking for a Visual & Digital Designer to own MEAtec’s visual content across digital channels. The role focuses on designing infographics, presentations, and LinkedIn content, while also contributing to website pages and simple UI layouts when needed. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex B2B and technical topics—such as battery technologies, data-driven insights, and next-generation energy solutions—into clear, engaging, and high-quality visual content.

This is a visual-first, hands-on role where you will actively create design assets and ensure consistent, brand-aligned communication across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of visual content including infographics, presentations, and marketing materials
• Create high-quality LinkedIn posts, carousel designs, and brand visuals
• Design and maintain website pages (landing pages, product pages)
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear visual storytelling
• Design pitch decks and presentation materials for business development
• Create UI layouts for dashboards and product interfaces when needed
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital assets
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up design workflows, content generation, and visual production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in visual / graphic / digital design
• Strong portfolio including infographics, presentations (pitch decks), and social media visuals
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to turn technical concepts into clear visual storytelling
• Experience in presentation design (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
• Ability to design clean UI layouts for web pages or simple dashboards when needed
• Basic familiarity with web tools (Webflow, WordPress, Wix, or similar)
• Ability to effectively use AI-assisted design tools (e.g., for image generation, layout support, or content creation) is a strong plus 
• Experience with B2B or tech-related content is a plus
• Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
