Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of specific products and features, managing them throughout their lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer and business needs, prioritize product initiatives, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value & seamless digital experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with a customer-centric mindset, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is eager to grow their product management expertise while taking end-to-end ownership of products.

🚀 Your next challenge:

Customer & Product Insights

• Gather customer feedback and support user research activities.
• Monitor customer behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
• Follow market trends and competitor developments.
• Translate customer and business insights into actionable product opportunities.

Product Development

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives and customer value.
• Translate product concepts into clear functional requirements, user journeys, and feature definitions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams to evaluate solution alternatives, validate feasibility, and refine product requirements.
• Support testing, feature validation, and product launches to ensure solutions deliver the intended customer and business outcomes.

Product Performance & Improvement

• Monitor product performance and key metrics.
• Analyze user feedback and product data to support decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous product and customer experience improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with CX, IT, Marketing, Sales, HR and Operations teams.
• Facilitate alignment between business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Communicate product priorities, roadmap progress, and release plans across cross-functional teams.
• Support the execution of product roadmap initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication between business and technology teams.

🌟 You’re a match, if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Min 4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Products.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and product delivery practices.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and product development processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, payment systems, or digital platforms is a plus.
• Good command of English.
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, customer focus, and a passion for building impactful products.
