Product Designer (B2B side only)

What the company does?

One of Europe's largest SaaS platforms for managing commercial real estate portfolios. Warehouses, logistics hubs, retail chains, multi-site operations. 500,000+ professionals across 100,000+ buildings in 35+ countries run their daily operations on this product. Not a startup in the early idea phase. A scaled, well-funded platform that recently completed mergers with companies in the UK and Germany and is now in active expansion mode.

Why this role exists?

The product is growing fast, the team is growing fast, and the design system and core UX need to keep up. You are joining a cross-functional product team in Krakow to own UX improvements that directly affect how property managers and facility professionals do their jobs every day. This is not a supporting role. You own design outcomes end to end.

What you will do?

• Take ownership of UX end to end: from user research and insight synthesis through to wireframes, prototypes, and final handoff
• Work directly with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Engineers to make real product decisions, not just deliver visuals
• Run and translate qualitative research into concrete product changes
• Maintain, evolve, and improve the design system to reduce friction between design and development
• Raise the overall UX quality of the product, reduce friction in key user flows, and improve workflow efficiency for end users
• Make design decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  
  

Your impact at 6 to 12 months: measurably improved core product experiences, a more efficient design-to-dev handoff, and a design system that the team actually uses.

What you need?

• Proven track record as a Product Designer in a product-led B2B SaaS environment (not agency, not consumer apps)
• End-to-end UX ownership: you have run research, synthesized insights, prototyped, and shipped
• Figma proficiency, including hands-on experience with design systems at scale
• Experience conducting or leading qualitative user research that actually influenced product direction
• Strong communication skills and English at B2/C1 level minimum, you work daily with an international team
• Based in or able to commute to Krakow for a hybrid setup
  
  

What gives you an edge?

• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy enterprise or operational platforms
• Background in PropTech, facilities management, or similarly dense domain products
• Familiarity with UX analytics tools and accessibility standards
• Experience joining and contributing to a team in a post-merger or fast-scaling environment
  
  

What will disqualify you at CV review?

• Portfolio focused on marketing sites, agency work, or consumer/mobile apps
• No demonstrable experience with design systems or Figma
• No B2B SaaS or product-led company in your background
• Unable or unwilling to work hybrid from Krakow

Contract:

B2B contract. Hybrid from Krakow. Flexible working hours.

Salary:

Mid: 15.000 PLN - 20.000 PLN

Senior: 18.000 PLN - 24.000 PLN
