What you’ll do:

• Design AI-native product features
• Design intuitive web experiences that grow
• Take products from research and prototype to production
• Work closely with great engineers
• Prototype rapidly, including in code, to s ideas before committing to them
• Use analytics and user research to improve your products
• Work in a design system that you improve as you build
  
  
  

Desired profile

• You've shipped product at a startup or company that has successfully scaled
• Working in a product team in a startup or company
• Already using AI tools like Cursor, Figma Make and Claude Code
• 2+ years designing products
• Can show a product(s) that have launched and grown
• Able to work from a problem towards a clear point of view
• Focus on shipping and learning from real usage
• Good visual and interaction skills
• Able to be a strong individual contributor while collaborating with a strong team
