Job location: hybrid only from Warsaw, Cracow, Gdansk or Wroclaw

Join our team, a group of innovative engineers building an agentic AI toolkit for next-generation automation and analytics. As part of our core team, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge GenAI and Data Analytics tools, used in real enterprise environments.

We Focus On

• Design and build production AI agents from system prompt through tool integration to evaluation
• Strong Python programming and software engineering skills
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings
  
  

We’re Seeking An Engineer Who Is

• Curious, proactive, and self-driven
• Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional teams
• Hands-on with modern AI and cloud technologies
• Passionate about building reliable, compliant, and scalable AI systems
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
• Cloud & Data Platforms – Azure or AWS
• Working knowledge of an agent or LLM framework: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Anthropic SDK
• Git-based workflow, code review discipline, ability to write tested code
  
  

Nice to have

• Understanding of Vector databases
• Hands-on with RAG pipelines
• SQL knowledge
• Experience building and testing data pipelines
• Azure DevOps (including ML Ops)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and enterprise compliance practices
