emagine is currently looking for 2 People Operations Specialist for an exciting assignment for a fast-paced international company. The organization is undergoing significant growth and expansion, creating a need for 2 experienced HR operations professional who can help build, scale, and optimize people processes in a dynamic environment.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. The ideal consultant has experience working closely with HR systems, supporting People functions in high-growth environments, and driving operational improvements independently.

Start: 2026-08-03

End: 2026-12-31 (extension possible)

Location: Stockholm, onsite at the office

What you will do

  • Manage and execute People Operations activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, and leave administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure high data quality across HR systems.
  • Support the continuous development and improvement of HR operational processes and workflows.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and playbooks to support scalable growth.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, countries, and time zones.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other business functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements and help drive implementation.
  • Support organizational growth initiatives, including expansion into new markets, organizational changes, and operational scaling.
  • Contribute to the preparation of HR processes for future automation and system enhancements.

Need to have experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience within People Operations, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar operational HR role.
  • Experience working operationally with HR systems as a power user.
  • Experience participating in the development, scaling, or establishment of People/HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
  • Experience working with HR system integrations and cross-functional HR processes.
  • Experience from fast-paced, modern, and international organizations.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience working with multiple countries, legal entities, or distributed teams.
  • Experience with building agents/agentic workflows as part of people processes is a plus.
  • Experience working in systems like Hibob and Ashby is a big plus
