As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work with some of our clients who are leading companies within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, contributing to process optimization, implementation of new technologies, and the development of sustainable solutions.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead user-centered design initiatives from early discovery through delivery. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will help define product strategy, facilitate workshops, validate ideas with users, and translate insights into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise. You will navigate complex stakeholder environments, drive innovation initiatives, and contribute to the creation of new digital products, services, and customer experiences. You will also explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can create meaningful value for both customers and the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead end-to-end product design activities from discovery to delivery
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and user-centered design processes
• Conduct user research, concept development, prototyping, and usability testing
• Design intuitive user experiences and high-quality user interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements and new concepts
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for AI-enabled products and services
• Develop scalable design solutions across digital customer journeys
• Present design concepts and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders
• Contribute to product strategy and long-term experience vision
  
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Digital Experience Designer
• Has senior-level experience leading design work in complex stakeholder environments
• Has proven experience designing and launching AI-powered products, services, or customer experiences
• Can identify opportunities where AI creates meaningful customer and business value
• Has strong expertise in UX design, UI design, interaction design, and design thinking
• Is experienced in user research, concept development, prototyping, experimentation, and usability testing
• Has a track record of creating new products, services, or customer experiences—not only optimizing existing ones.
• Has strong strategic UX and systems thinking capabilities
• Can design end-to-end experiences across digital, physical, and service touchpoints
• Is experienced in facilitating workshops and discovery sessions
• Has strong stakeholder management, storytelling, and communication skills
• Has experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams
• Has excellent knowledge of Figma, Miro, Microsoft Teams, and modern digital collaboration tools
• Is fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is meritorious
