Full Stack Engineer

Scandinavian Capital Markets is a foreign currency broker based in Stockholm. We are building the next generation of currency trading technology and products, and we are looking for a seasoned engineer who can work independently and think outside the box. If you are someone who excels at software development, and also expects to have a strong voice in high-level decisions such as system architecture, UI/UX, and product roadmap, we want to meet you!

What we're looking fo

• r5+ years of fullstack software development experience
• .Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• .Experience building REST APIs and scalable backend services
• .Strong SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and database design
• .Experience with AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• .Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles
• .Experience with authentication (JWT/OAuth), Redis, and real-time technologies (WebSockets/SSE) is a plus
