Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a wide range of projects within our asset management business line. These may include governance initiatives, product-related projects, organizational change, selected IT implementation projects and, where relevant, digital or AI-enabled initiatives. Reporting to the COO, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects move forward effectively, coordinating stakeholders, structuring workstreams and helping deliver practical outcomes. The role requires a strong all-rounder with sound judgment, a hands-on approach and the ability to operate comfortably across business, operational and digital topics.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead and coordinate projects across governance, products, business change and selected IT implementations, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including clear milestones, deliverables, and risk management strategies.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, proactively unblock issues, coordinate contributors and ensure initiatives progress in a structured and pragmatic manner.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, control functions, product specialists, IT teams and external partners.
  • Ensure clear and regular communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Track and report project progress, addressing any challenges or delays promptly.

Business & IT Integration

  • Support the assessment and implementation of new initiatives, products or activities, taking into account business, operational, governance and systems impacts, including where relevant AI-enabled solutions.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure the technical requirements of business projects are clearly defined and executed.
  • Contribute to the identification, evaluation and adoption of appropriate tools, systems and digital solutions, including AI and Copilot use cases where relevant, to support project delivery, business transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination of digital or AI-related implementations, including requirements gathering, user testing, rollout preparation and support for stakeholder adoption.

Process Optimization & Change Management

  • Drive governance and organizational changes within the firm, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work on the continuous improvement of business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Provide leadership in the adoption of new tools, systems, and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Anticipate potential risks and challenges associated with project execution, proposing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to resolve issues and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field;
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in project management, business transformation, operations, governance or related roles;
  • Experience in financial services or asset management would be a strong advantage;
  • Exposure to digital, systems or IT-related projects is desirable as part of a broader project management profile;
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, and general ease in working with project management, collaboration and business applications.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, to support research, drafting, meeting preparation, summarization and day-to-day project coordination.
  • Ability to contribute to projects involving AI use cases or agent implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, stakeholder coordination and support for business adoption.
  • Strong analytical and structuring skills, with the ability to understand complex topics quickly and turn them into actionable plans.
  • Hands-on, resourceful and solution-oriented, with the ability to move projects forward with an appropriate level of autonomy.
  • Fluent French & English.
