We’re looking for a Network Engineer (Mid-Level) to join our growing engineering team.

You’ll be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting network infrastructure for our managed public cloud, customer environments and internal systems. You’ll work closely with systems engineers, cloud architects and our support team to ensure uptime, performance and scalability — all while continuously learning and improving.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain secure, scalable, and redundant network infrastructure
Deploy and troubleshoot routing and switching in both physical and virtualized environments (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, etc.)
Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security zones (pfSense, iptables, firewalld, UFW)
Monitor and optimize network performance and availability using observability tools
Participate in the design and delivery of customer-specific solutions and internal projects
Document network topologies, processes and standards
Work alongside systems engineers and developers to support services across multiple data centers and cloud regions
Participate in the on-call rotation to handle urgent network issues and ensure business continuity

Must Have

2–5 years of hands-on experience in network operations or engineering
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnets, VLANs, VPNs, routing and switching
Experience with Linux-based networking (Debian, RedHat, or similar)
Familiarity with Juniper, MikroTik, Cisco, or Ubiquiti devices
Experience with monitoring tools (Checkmk, Prometheus, etc.) and basic scripting (Bash, Python)
Comfortable using configuration management or version control tools (Ansible, Git, etc.)
A proactive mindset, strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication in English

Nice to have

Familiarity with SDN, ZeroTier, WireGuard, OpenVPN, or BGP route reflectors
Additional languages
Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIS or equivalent
